Founded on a mission to maintain personalized and accessible healthcare, we offer a Direct Care Membership. This program provides comprehensive primary care services at our office for a reasonable monthly fee. Unlike traditional high-volume practices where healthcare providers manage thousand of patients with brief visits, we limit our membership to facilitate extended, unhurried appointments and foster patient-provider relationships. Members enjoy 24/7 access to their healthcare provider, even on holidays. 

Other services include Medical Weight Loss, Hormone Replacement Therapy and Sexual Health, Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT), IV Therapy, Health and Wellness Coaching. We are a primary care and wellness practice, offering in-clinic and telemedicine services and accepting new self-pay and membership patients 0-65+ years of age.
